NEW YORK, Dec, 11 –- Privately held NY-based RightsFlow Entertainment Group, LLC, a music and media-focused consulting group, announced the addition of Advisory Board Member Paul Borgese and the hiring of two key industry personnel — Alex Holz, who will assume the role of Associate Partner, and Matt Irvin, who will assume the role of Project Manager, both focusing on the needs of the core client base.

“These hires were necessitated by our extensively growing client roster of Fortune 500 companies and developing businesses alike, helping us to better service our clients and support our growth into 2008 and 2009,” said Ben Cockerham, Principal at RightsFlow.

Alex Holz adds a diverse music industry background to RightsFlow’s clients in his new position as Associate Partner, supporting the company’s knowledge base in music licensing and market development. “In a few months, RightsFlow has exhibited the vision and drive necessary to satisfy corporate demands in a constantly evolving industry landscape,” said Holz. “I am extremely excited to be on board with the RightsFlow team.”

“Alex brings multi-faceted expertise in industry sectors of great value to our client base. We are glad to have him part of the group,” adds Patrick F. Sullivan, Principal at RightsFlow.

RightsFlow also welcomes the addition of Advisory Board Member Paul Borgese, who manages the Emerging Markets Group of The Associated Press Digital Division, which handles online video, social networks, digital signage, interactive TV, Spanish-language, Web 2.0, and online advertising initiatives. He has worked in and lectured on online marketing and e-commerce operations for more than 11 years. Paul brings an ever-growing area of expertise as industry changes increase the social networking needs of RightsFlow clientele.

“Through my experience in licensing for The Associated Press, I have seen an explosion in demand for music content in new media,” said Borgese. “I have worked with the principals of RightsFlow for several years and believe they are uniquely positioned to help their clients understand the intricacies of the new business models and successfully exploit these opportunities.”

RightsFlow plans to focus on core competencies guiding companies to new revenue streams through creative strategies and effective exploitation of music copyrights.
