RightsFlow Hires Jacob Goldstein as Chief Information and Financial Officer

NEW YORK, April 28, 2008 –- Privately held NY-based RightsFlow, LLC, a music, media and entertainment-focused Professional Services & Outsourced Licensing company, today announced the addition of several key hires who will further bolster the group’s knowledge base. RightsFlow specializes in intellectual property licensing and copyright management.

The company announces the hire of Jacob Goldstein who will fulfill the roles of Chief Information & Financial Officer. Jacob Goldstein comes to RightsFlow with over 20 years of hands-on experience working with startups, domestic and multinational corporations developing business strategy and executing technology, marketing, and risk control. Jacob held the position of Chief Technology & Information Officer for Havas’ North American Diversified Agencies Group at the time an over $300 million rollup of 75 dispersed agencies. “I’m glad to join this high-performing team of music and media experts and help navigate the company on its accelerated growth plan.”

Additionally, the company hired Paul Borgese who assumes the role of Senior Media Consultant. Paul Borgese has been a member of RightsFlow’s Advisory Board and will now serve in an increased capacity as a media consultant. Borgese’s new role will focus his expertise in online marketing, e-commerce and business development pulled from experience as the Manager of Emerging Markets Group of The Associated Press Digital Division, which encompasses work with online video, social networks, digital signage, interactive TV, Web 2.0, and online advertising initiatives. “I have worked with the principals of RightsFlow on several projects and am confident that our combined expertise allows us to uniquely service our clients’ needs to increase and diversify online revenue streams, attract new customers, and maximize new media business development,” said Borgese.
Separately, the company formed a Strategic Partnership with Dave McCarthy from Tightrope Interactive, where he specialized in generating online advertising sales revenue and working with clients in the online media space.

“These new additions to our team will support RightsFlow’s growth as we continue to diversify into new key business areas to meet the growing needs of our diverse client base, and will allow us to provide greater value to our clients as we expand in 2008,” said RightsFlow principal Patrick Sullivan.
