Ms. Gerlach will oversee licensing operations for international publishers and domestic publishers for the more 1,500 clients represented by the company.

Ms. Gerlach strengthens RightsFlow’s global licensing and royalties capabilities, bringing to RightsFlow formal legal training, years of music industry licensing experience and German fluency

Prior to joining RightsFlow, she held positions at the law firms of Fish & Richardson and Bienstock & Michael, P.C., and at Sony BMG and Universal Vivendi. Her German upbringing and attendance at the Frankfurt International School provides valuable international and multi-cultural business experience.
