Christian Copyright Solutions in the Limelight with RightsFlow

Posted in News

Atlanta, GA (September 27, 2010) – Christian Copyright Solutions (CCS), the leading provider of copyright services for churches and ministries, announced a partnership today with RightsFlow, a technology-enable licensing and royalty service provider.  The two companies will collaborate to integrate RightsFlow’s Limelight platform into CCS’s PERMISSIONSplus service, ensuring quick and efficient accounting, licensing and payment to songwriters and publishers worldwide.  The combined efforts by the two companies will ensure that CCS clients can simply and inexpensively secure clearance to cover any song for release.

“This strategic partnership with RightsFlow is a perfect fit for our model of offering a simple, unified solution to our clients for all of their copyright licensing needs,” said Chris Lydle, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at CCS.  “We look forward to leveraging the Limelight publishing network and infrastructure to allow us to focus our resources on our core competency: educating, supporting and marketing to the Christian community.”

CCS’s mission is to make copyrights simple for churches and ministries. The integration of Limelight into PERMISSIONSplus supports that mission by providing CCS clients with a simple solution for securing permissions for songs to be used in CDs, digital downloads and ringtones.

“We are excited to be working with the accomplished team at CCS building on the solid foundation of compliance, outreach and education that they’ve established,” added Patrick Sullivan, President and CEO at RightsFlow.  “We wholeheartedly support their vision of growth for simplifying licensing complexities and connecting licensee to licensor.”

The Limelight service, launched earlier this year by RightsFlow, has shown tremendous growth with thousands of dollars in publishing royalties being collected daily and hundreds of thousands of dollars being paid to songwriters and publishers globally.
