Vancouver, BC , May 17, 2008 –- New Music West is one of the largest and most influential new music events in North America, and the only annual public new music showcase in Western Canada. Operating since 1990, New Music West showcases over 200 bands to the public and industry. The event includes a conference, networking opportunities, educational workshops, and artist performances.
