Adam Dinow serves as a RightsFlow’s corporate counsel and is a partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Adam’s practice entails the representation of privately and publicly held emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and leading investment banks, with a particular focus on private placements and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of equity securities. Adam also has participated in hostile-takeover defenses, as well as private equity and leveraged-buyout transactions.

Adam is an active member of the technology community. He serves on the board of the New York Technology Meetup and has lectured on corporate law issues at Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, and Brooklyn Law School.

Adam holds a J.D., Magna Cum Laude from New York University School of Law and a B.S., Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New York at Albany.
