Isaac Gabriel Technology Manager

Isaac brings a diversified technology experience working in both, start-up companies (Verified Person, Doctations) and well established companies (Centercare Health Plan, DVI Communications, Healthfirst). He has several years of experience in IT management, project management, administration, analysis, design, development, testing, production, programming, and maintenance of databases, data warehouses, and information systems. Isaac is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Designing and Implementing Databases. In addition, Isaac was involved in the design, monitoring, maintenance, and fine-tuning of servers and other computer equipment. Isaac is also experienced in development and execution of IT strategies and roadmaps.

Besides his achievements in the industry, Isaac also made advancements in academia. He is teaching various graduate and undergraduate computer science and information systems courses at major universities in New York City (such as Pace University, Long Island University, Touro College, SUNY Downstate) since 1999. Isaac has a proven record of conducting multidisciplinary research in the e-commerce domain. His research activities resulted in numerous publications in reputable conference proceedings and journals.

Isaac received a B.S. degree with honors (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting from Hunter College of the City University of New York, an M.S. degree with honors in Computer Science from Long Island University, and a Ph.D. Degree in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. Currently, Isaac is pursuing an MBA degree in Technology Management and Marketing from the State University of New York Institute of Technology.
