Courtney Howard Product Specialist

Courtney Howard brings valuable mechanical licensing and publishing research knowledge to RightsFlow.  As Manager of Licensing, Courtney is mainly responsible for researching content in order to ensure that all tracks can be licensed quickly and accurately, as well as streamlining and improving all aspects of the publishing research process.  Courtney also oversees compulsory licensing for select clients.

Before joining RightsFlow, Courtney gained valuable mechanical licensing and music industry experience at The Orchard Enterprises, Inc  Her relationship with The Orchard began with an internship in the mechanical licensing department.  She then entered into a position as an off-site Licensing Coordinator soon after the conclusion of her internship, and joined The Orchard full time as Research Coordinator immediately upon completion of her undergraduate degree.  As Research Coordinator, Courtney managed a team of remote Licensing Coordinators, oversaw the publishing research efforts of all licensing interns, and was responsible for creating and maintaining departmental research and licensing goals and achievements.

Courtney holds a BA in Music Industry from The State University of New York, College at Oneonta.
