Gideon Kalischer Product Specialist

As Director of Web Products, Gideon Kalischer oversees the company’s web development for all products including Limelight, RightsFlow’s online cover song clearance site, and mySpark, the right way to register and protect your intellectual property.  He leads the product and development teams in the planning, testing and deployment stages for the company’s products and service offerings. Additionally, he employs his significant experience in technology and graphic design to monitor and analyze RightsFlow’s web presence.

Gideon comes to RightsFlow after a career as a freelance journalist in Beijing, China where he covered the local rock and electronic scenes. His Mandarin Chinese fluency allowed him to work as a promoter for upstart rock clubs and consult for independent labels, including Maybe Mars Records, one of China’s most respected underground labels.

In the states, Gideon worked as a sales engineer at a leading mobile marketing firm where he built winning sales proposals for Ford, Audi, SIGG, and Deloitt.

Gideon holds a BA dual degree in English and History from University Wisconsin- Madison.
